It is specially designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people to provide a “just like home” holiday experience.
The villa is situated in quiet surroundings and is only 950 metres from the main road of Skiathos, Koukounaries and the beautiful beach of Ag. Paraskeri, which can be reached easily by bus from the number 16 stop.
The house villa consists of:

One large flat, completely separate from the house above, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
One house with two levels:

The first level comprises of a lounge, dining area, large kitchen and WC. An internal wooden staircase connects the second level, where you can find three bedrooms and a large bathroom, fitted with a Jacuzzi tub, two sinks and a shower- perfect for families with kids or couples with friends.
